Dictation for everyday productivity on Mac
A lot of work is small pieces of text: a task, a reminder, a quick reply, a note after a call. WhisprDesk lets you say it where you are. Click into the field, press the hotkey, and speak.
Say it where you are
Because WhisprDesk pastes at the cursor in whichever app has focus, you do not have to switch apps to capture something. Open the task field, the message box or the note, press the hotkey, and talk.
A place for rough thoughts
Notes in WhisprDesk is a simple notes area on your Mac with folders, automatic saving, search with Cmd+K, and export to Markdown or plain text. You can write a note, transcribe an audio file into one, or run an AI action such as Generate Notes on what you wrote.
Find it again
Dictations are listed in History, where you can copy one again if a paste did not land where you expected. Cmd+K searches your notes and your 50 most recent dictations.
Simple to start
Setup takes a few minutes: install, allow the microphone and Accessibility, and choose local or cloud transcription. There is a 7-day free trial with no credit card and no account.
